DENVER: 70s yesterday, but snow today…you gotta love spring time in Colorado! A rain/snow mix developed overnight and will lead to some wet roads for the morning commute. Little to no accumulation is expected!
We have issued a First Alert Action Day for today because of this storm. The snow will be light in Denver, but we could see a couple of inches in the foothills and mountains. Be prepared for a wet Tuesday morning commute. Make sure you wear a jacket…it’s going to be a chilly day!
Today will be about 30 degrees colder than yesterday, with highs in the low to mid-40s across the Metro Area. We’ll see a mostly cloudy sky, with a few more spotty showers this afternoon and evening.
Wednesday will be dry and mild, with highs in the upper 60s, followed by a few showers and slightly cooler weather on Thursday.
It also looks like this Friday will be the first warm one in about a month. We’ll see highs in the 70s from Friday through Sunday…a beautiful weekend to get the yard prepped for planting!
